It Was The Best of Times ... It Was The Worst of Times

This timeless quote from Charles Dickens's "A Tale of Two Cities" aptly describes my most recent vacation / business trip experience.
I'll edit this with more later, but for now, I'll just say that the best (EVER) was the Ritz-Carlton in the Cayman Islands and the worst (EVER) was flying on Spirit Airlines.
I'll dwell on the positive because I really want to praise the Ritz-Carlton to the highest of the heavens - what a staggeringly wonderful place. However, getting there and back on Spirit Airlines was like a journey through the lair of the devil himself.
